As far as the sink market is concerned, there are three types of integral stamping (also known as integral drawing or joint stretching), seam welding (also known as bottom welding), and butt welding, both of which belong to the welding basin.


Most common on the market is roll welding process. This process involves stretching the two single tanks, then pressing the panel to weld the two tanks to the panel, and then grinding it. In this process, the requirements for tank drawing equipment are low, typically producing 500 tons or less of hydraulic equipment. However, welding and grinding process requirements are relatively high. Generally speaking, domestic brands are usually hand-welded, hand-polished, and the seams between cans and panels are rough, and there is often virtual welding. Imported brands use CNC welding and CNC grinding, without the need for virtual welding. After grinding the joint is very smooth and beautiful.


The advantages of seam welding are as follows: 1. The shape of the water tank panel is diversified, and the input cost of the mold produced by the factory is small (the mold can be Shared). 2. Water tank panel can be made of raw materials or embossed materials, beautiful and generous. 3. It can make a slot with a small R Angle, close to the square, and have more space to use.


The disadvantages of rolling welding are: 1. The welding process damages the stainless steel, easily destroys the austenitic molecular structure of the stainless steel, and reduces the corrosion resistance. 2. High requirements for welding and grinding technology make it difficult for common equipment to compete. 3. High material waste and high cost.


The whole process of drawing (some are also called integral drawing) is the process of directly drawing a double slot by means of a combined die on a piece of material. The process steps are relatively simple, but the equipment and mold requirements are very high, stretching equipment needs more than 600 tons, even 1000 tons. Whether it is a single can or a double can, the process of stretching is usually divided into two stretches, but the whole stretch needs to be carried out in the process of high temperature solution treatment. Solution treatment (also called annealing) is an important process in stainless steel processing. This is the process of heating austenitic stainless steel (commonly known as 304 or 316) to 1050 to 1100 degrees and then rapidly cooling.
