In the case of the gas stove on the hearth of an ordinary hotel, almost half of the gas is wasted, which is caused by two main reasons:

(1) insufficient burning of hotel hearth, also known as "chemical heat loss", the unheated gas heat is wasted;

(2) the atmospheric oven relies on convection heat transfer to the bottom of the pot through the flame, but the contact between the flame and the bottom of the pot is only for a moment, and a large amount of heat is released into space and not used, which is called "physical heat loss". As a result, atmospheric cookers typically have a thermal efficiency of only 45%.

2, the hotel hearth combustion plate made of cordierite material converts the heat generated by the combustion into infrared radiation transmission, which absorbs the object to be heated more effectively, greatly reducing the "physical heat loss". According to the test of the national authority, the thermal efficiency of the infrared energy-saving furnace in the hotel hearth is up to 75%. According to the conversion, ordinary gas-fired stoves can save more than 40 percent of their energy. The large number of user use cases fully demonstrate this.

From the perspective of energy use structure, petrochemical energy will be used for a long time in the future. The use of fossil fuels will inevitably lead to the release of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide. In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the energy use structure cannot change in the case of energy efficiency must be improved.
