(1) console table structure

The console table is divided into two parts: the dimensions panel. Leave a gap of not less than 10mm between the small panel and the rear wall and the large panel to facilitate the exit from the bottom of the main frame to the mesa.

The small panel is the front inspection panel, made of solid wood particleboard double-layer imported fire prevention board processing, the overall thickness is not less than 20mm, and connected with the main frame through plastic clasp connection. The front is equipped with a pop-up stainless steel button to facilitate the use of small panels to detect products.

The large panel is made of solid wood particleboard and double imported fire prevention board. The overall thickness shall not be less than 27mm. The arrow grooves open between the two large panels. The length of both ends of the rod shall not be less than 100mm and the thickness shall not be less than 6mm. After that, it must be smooth and seamless.

(2) large panel edge sealing process

The large area of the front and human contact area is made of soft polyurethane strips along the edge of the duck beak, not less than 30mm in width, to ensure natural comfort for the operator when working. The rear end is made of soft polyurethane sealing strip with a thickness of not less than 6mm. After installation, the overall height is 8mm higher than the desktop to prevent pens and other stationery from slipping off.

The amount of formaldehyde released by solid wood particleboard for panels, doors and cabinets must comply with national standards (inspection report issued by regular inspection agencies is required)

The structure, appearance and use of various materials of the console must be owned by the bidder and all relevant intellectual property certificates must be provided.
