How to divide the responsibility of water supply and equipment power supply in kitchen project

The installation of commercial kitchen equipment not only requires the installation process of kitchen engineering is very good, but also needs the cooperation of the customer, so that the kitchen equipment can be detour in the installation, and close to the requirements of the customer can be realized.

1. Water supply: party a or the decoration unit shall be responsible for the specific diameter and direction of the water pipes in the room according to the water demand, reserve the equipment position (allowable) deviation of ±100mm according to the resistance point, and provide corner valves. Party b shall be responsible for connecting the equipment from the corner valve to the equipment and providing the corresponding faucet;

Ii. Water: party a or the decoration unit shall be responsible for the ditches (civil buildings shall be reserved: sunken floor shall be required in the kitchen area), civil works (if any) and the decoration. The water pipes in the kitchen project shall be kept on the ground at 500mm according to the equipment points, with a position tolerance of ±100mm. Party b shall be responsible for the connection from the equipment to the outlet through rigid pipelines;

3. Potential: power consumption as shown in the drawings of party b is required for kitchen equipment in the kitchen project. It does not include electricity demand for ancillary equipment such as lighting and air conditioning. All relevant sockets and electrical control boxes in kitchen works must be provided and installed by party a or decorative units. Party b shall be responsible for the short circuit within 1 meter.
